Reheating system
Description of the project :
This is a specific equipment developed and built by TKIN, to reduce the vulcanising time of elastomers manufactured in Rotocure type equipment.
The system preheats the sieve, allowing a higher working speed.
Infrared technology is used, with an automatic control based on a solid state relay.

Smells treatment
Description of the project :
It consists of the collection, transport and treatment of air from the food industry.
The system works automatically, based on room concentration.
The treatment technology is a biofilter.
The biofilter is constructed from a 40-foot sea container. The entire plant is housed in the container.
The modular system facilitates later extensions.

Flour processing line
Description of the project :
TKIN has developed and built a flour treatment line in order to obtain a flour with very low humidity to facilitate the production of certain products.
The process is composed of:
- Flour feeding system.
- Drying oven.
- Transport system.
- Refrigeration system.
- Screening.
- Batch formation.
The system operates continuously and automatically.
